To be eligible to participate in our “Lower Price Guaranteed”(sm) program, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii.

Only one “Lower Price Guarantee” offer per household. Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to participate. Eligible participants must comply with the following rules and requirements (“Program Requirements”) in order to receive a reward.

• If all of the conditions above have been met and you did not receive a lower price than you currently pay for auto or home insurance then you are eligible to begin a “Lower Price Guaranteed” reward request.

To submit and recieve a reward request you must complete the following steps as provided herein:

• Complete the required information within the account. (General information about the quotes you recieved from agents in our network)
• Complete any additional(5 max) free insurance quote requests from our affiliates that become available within your account over the next 30 days.
• Complete and submit the "Reward Request Form" within 30 calander days of all quote requests received.
